I used to have my teeth checked every six months in US which back then i had dental insurance and it was covered and paid zero to have my regular teeth cleaning. I would definitely not wasting it. I have to say i was more into my face than my smile. I was rather late to realize how equally important between skincare and dental care. I am shamed to tell the truth that i only started to see dentist when i had this unbearable toothache. It was one of the wisdom teeth. Got struck inside and got infected terribly. After that incident, i have never paid more attentions to my dental health than ever. Soon enough,I got all four of wisdom teeth removed since they didn't sit right inside my mouth. For the time being, i am still planning to have my teeth aligned properly and nicely so that i not only have that gorgeous face but also amazing smile. Invisalign, yeah...i am coming to it.
I was made to believed Colgate Total is the best toothpaste out there and it's highly recommended by many dentists and highly reviewed by many health care professionals. I have been using it for a very long time now. I personally think it's superb. They have couple flavors for you to choose
And just recently I had my teeth checked and cleaned in Malaysia since it's cheaper than in US without insurance, i told my dentist that i got this weird pain on one side my teeth when i eat or drink something really cold. He told me not to worry too much about it if it doesn't hurt. He gave me some samples to try and see if it helps. I think this should be a very good product since it's recommended by him. I will try and see what happens. This is a professional product. It's not sold in any regular stores.
